I am amazed of the result of your experiment(the tale of two pots). I am now developing my small lot into a vegetable garden. Can I possibly used the Enrico soil-less potting medium in raising vegetables? How many bags of 18 liters witll I need in a 1x20meters plot(elevated)? My last querry is where can I buy good and high quality of seeds?seedlings of herbs and vegetables(any kind)? Thank you.

Hello, just happened to read through some topics here in your blog, specifically about Perimenopause and found this post about cold morning showers. Just to share an advice from a doctor, taking cold showers could actually be dangerous specially if a person has heart disease. The sudden cold sensation could constrict the blood vessels in the heart and cause a heart attack. This is what happened to a friend of ours a couple of years ago. Just thought of sharing this little known fact.

A calamansi tree (and with non-stop fruit bearing) is what I want to have in my backyard! I just love kalamansi in all forms. Freshly squeezed kalamansi juice with honey is love! (LOL)
