Hot Flashes

Summertime is upon us…well, has been summer for me for the last couple of months. Yup, hot flashes. As I’ve said in a previous post, the doctor told me that I was officially experiencing perimenopause. Aside from irregular periods (like every 2 months), I should expect some symptoms associated with the onset of menopause. And she was right.
Other than the occasional temper flare-up, which I’ve been known to have since time immemorial, I’ve been feeling unusually hot. And I don’t mean that in a sexy way. Its sooooooooooooo hot!!!!! Even when the a/c is on, its still soooooooooooo hot!!!
Can’t wait for the rainy months.
