My kids aren’t the only ones I prepare lunchboxes for. I also pack lunches for my husband several times during the week. Normally, he asks me to make him humongous sandwiches. A usual lunch would be a turkey ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and cheese (no mayo) on whole wheat bread. Othertimes he would ask me to save some of our dinner for his lunch the following day. This is one occasion he asked me to do that.
.
Last night we had Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Tomato Cream and Fried Chicken Breast Fillets. So before serving dinner I saved some of it right away for his lunch today.
